Nothing beats cast iron in our opinion. It’s the original non-stick surface. Sure, there is some work in getting the surface seasoned properly, but once your there, you have the perfect cooking surface. It’s our favorite for pan-searing Key West pink shrimp or yellowtail snapper. Lodge has been a leader in cookware production since 1896.
