Lodge cast iron cookware



Nothing beats cast iron in our opinion.  It’s the original non-stick surface.  Sure, there is some work in getting the surface seasoned properly, but once your there, you have the perfect cooking surface.  It’s our favorite for pan-searing Key West pink shrimp or yellowtail snapper.  Lodge has been a leader in cookware production since 1896.  Still family-owned in tiny South Pittsburg, Tennessee (we’ve actually been there!), they continue to crank out the best cast iron products around.  See them all at lodgemfg.com
