Jiro Dreams of Sushi at the Tropic in Key West
I just saw Jiro Dreams of Sushi at the Tropic Cinema here in Key West. It is a beautiful, thoughtful documentary about Jiro Ono, a legendary sushi chef in Tokyo. Although his restaurant is in a subway station and only seats ten people, he has still earned three Michelin stars!
